Technician seemed like he had better things to do- somewhat condescending when I asked him to explain why they prefer paying for a maintenance contract on a monthly verses yearly basis. Said filters really needed to be changed but based on our contract, twice a year is enough for these filters. Just not the usual service we get from Coomes.
