They did a great job of coming at the earlier end of their time window, which worked perfectly for my schedule, and I really appreciated their helpful approach in checking out the home to let me know what I did and didn’t need even though I thought I needed a certain service. I really appreciated getting to see my air ducts with their tool to learn and see for myself what it looked like. I felt their options and pricing was very reasonable. They also went out of their way to give my son a gift card gift last minute when they learned it was my son’s birthday!

I called Coomes Air on Saturday morning because our air conditioner was not coming on. Since it was close to a holiday, I didn't expect to get an appointment very soon.
