Gabe and Ralph were very punctual, professional, honest and very knowledgeable. They gave clear explanations on what the problem with our ac system and the best way to fix them. They gave us options taking into consideration of what our long term goal is. They were courteous and with very pleasant personalities. These guys were beyond our expectations. I am looking forward to the end result of this ac service. I hope it lives up to our expectations as well

Like every employee at Coomes, Josh was thorough in explaining what he had checked, answered all questions we had, and was respectful of our home by wearing shoe covers to protect our floors and carpets. I highly recommend Coomes if you’re needing a new AC or heater.
Gabe is awesome and very professional. He came out for an annual check-up on our heating units. Everything was fine, he made some suggestions on how to lower our heating cost. We'll be calling again soon to take advantage of those suggestions.

Abel was here this morning just to do a check up on my system, I wasn’t experiencing any issues. What a polite, courteous and professional young man! Hope Coomes keeps and rewards him somehow …. I thought COVID destroyed good customer service but apparently Coomes has kept it alive. We have used them over 30 years and will continue to do so!
I was notified when Gabe was on his way. He arrived immediately check out the problem. He took it apart got the part & put the blower motor back together.
Abel was super easy to work with. He was quick to get to work, very polite and wasn’t overly chatty. My kids were being a nuisance, but he didn’t let it phase him or stop him from doing his work. His report at the end of service was simple and to-the-point. He explained everything plainly—I didn’t feel like I was being “sold”. I would definitely work with him again. The pricing was fine—it seemed fair. I think having the regular service is a great value. Maintenance is always financially painful, but I feel like this company makes it bearable. Overall, I have no complaints. My only gripe is I wish the time frame had been closer to when they actually arrived. We were given a three hour window, and they came near the end of that window, so we were waiting for close to 3 hours, plus the time it took him to do the service. If you’re going to give a time estimate, please aim for a service window closer to when you expect to show up, or give us text updates so we can plan around. That’s my only gripe.
