Abel was super easy to work with. He was quick to get to work, very polite and wasn’t overly chatty. My kids were being a nuisance, but he didn’t let it phase him or stop him from doing his work. His report at the end of service was simple and to-the-point. He explained everything plainly—I didn’t feel like I was being “sold”. I would definitely work with him again. The pricing was fine—it seemed fair. I think having the regular service is a great value. Maintenance is always financially painful, but I feel like this company makes it bearable. Overall, I have no complaints. My only gripe is I wish the time frame had been closer to when they actually arrived. We were given a three hour window, and they came near the end of that window, so we were waiting for close to 3 hours, plus the time it took him to do the service. If you’re going to give a time estimate, please aim for a service window closer to when you expect to show up, or give us text updates so we can plan around. That’s my only gripe.
