Bought a super efficient system for the downstairs two years ago. Second floor unit blew out at Christmas last year and we considered only one company — Coomes. We’ve been so happy with both units. Our energy costs are considerably lower, and we love the Wi-Fi thermostats that allow us to manage both systems even away from home. What weren’t expecting was Coomes’ extensive customer service. If we have a question, our calls are returned right away, and twice a year they schedule a visit to service both units and replace high-efficiency filters. We recommend Coomes to anyone who expects good products and exceptional service. Couldn’t be happier with our new heating and AC units!!
