10/27/2020 Confirmed with customer that bathroom sink was not draining. All other fixtures in the building are draining properly determined blockage inside secondary drain line. Removed trap under sink used cable through drain line retrieving hair blockage. Reconnected trap under sink verified drain is now flowing properly and no leaks present.
