Performed maintenance and safety inspection as proposed. Inspected all plumbing fixtures verifying proper function and no leaks present. Did find small leak underneath water heater. Water heater is 16 years old. Provided estimate to replace water heater. All shutoff valves are working properly. Flushed water heater and refilled. 0 iron, 3 hardness and 8 ph.
