Arrived onsite to compass health, compass health has a hot water boiler, 4 apartments each has a thermostat, three of these thermostats had no display at all. One of them had a display and the tenant had informed me that the heaters and thermostat were working correctly. The other rooms had informed me that the thermostats, and heaters had not worked while in these rooms. Some of them don’t work at all, some of them over heat. There is an additional zone which covers the two offices, and a common area. Each thermostat uses its own pump and pump relay that sends voltage to the pump when the thermostat is calling. Two of these pumps were running. Three of them were not running which aligns with the fact that three of the thermostats have no display. The boiler kicks on gets flame, the inducer motor runs, and it reaches temp at about 180 degrees, it then shuts off and repeats the cycle. Low water cut off works properly.
