Checked customer complaint about a clogged sink. Presented customer pricing to perform a diagnostic on the sink drain. After pricing was approved I removed the pop up plug and discovered large quantities of hair wrapped around the pop up plug and large quantities of corrosion. Presented customer pricing to replace the pop up assembly. After pricing was approved I removed the existing pop up assembly and installed the new one. After the new pop up assembly was installed I performed a leak/drain test with the customer. The pop up assembly and drain performed as designed and there were no leaks or clogs when last checked.
