Arrived on site customer stated that angle stop underneath lavatory sink was leaking . Verified that leak was coming from angle stop and was under warranty. Informed customer work required and explained that it would be under warranty. Shut water off to home, replaced angle stop and tested for leaks. No leaks found after install. Noticed that lavatory faucet had no plumbers putty at base of faucet removed and installed plumbers putty to plastic plate. Checked second bathroom for leaks at angle stops, no leaks found. Searched for leaks at kitchen sink angle stops and found very small leak. Informed customer and tightened at this time leak is no longer present and informed customer of findings. Went in to crawl space to inspect insulation for wet spots, all insulation is dray at this time with no signs of mold,informed customer. Customer requested water test analysis, stating they haven’t had it done and wasn’t sure of condition. At this time water has 3 grains of hardness with a P
