- Arrived on site. - Spoke to Amanda about the issue with their master bathroom toilet continuously running. - I performed a dye tablet test and determined that the internal components of the toilet tank have gone bad. - The existing toilet appears to have been made in August of 1997. - I provided Amanda with an estimate to attempt to do a full tank rebuild. - I made sure that she understood there is no guarantee that the new universal parts will be compatible with their toilet. - I also provided her with estimates for toilet replacements. - They want to try to find a toilet themselves.
