2-7-2023 Called out investigate issue that has been going on for three weeks. (Since CPI made repair in boiler room). Hot water in 32 room stack of hotel takes approximately 5 minutes to get hot. This feeds 4 floors. Only the 32 stack seems to be effected Checked room 532 and 332. Water delivery at lavatory faucet hot side was cold on both faucets. Went to mechanical room where the work had been performed. Discovered that the left side mixing valve (low side mixing port valve) was found in off position. Gauge temperature reading 60*F. Opened 3/4” valve on low side mixing valve. Temperature shot up to 120°F almost instantly. Called the office to ask if this was considered to be warranty. Office was able to confirm through previous pictures and technician’s invoice summary that valve was in the “on” position when he left (previous call). Offered diagnostic. Diagnostic was accepted. Tested water at 532. After 3 minutes, water became hot. Confirmed 120°F water at recircu
