Checked customer complaint about sewage running into their and their neighbors yard. Customer told me sewage has been backing up out of the ground for a few days. Checked main drain line through outside clean out and discovered the line was backed up. Offered pricing to augur out the drain line which included a camera inspection. After pricing was approved I performed auguring of main drain line. I laid down a rug to protect the customers lawn and hand fed the cable into he line until I hit the obstruction. I hit the obstruction about 15 feet into he pipe. After obstruction was found I power fed the cable to work through the obstruction. I was able to clear the obstruction and the pipe drained. I power fed the cable to the main to ensure that the obstruction didn’t get stuck down the line. I removed the cable from the line. Performed Camera inspection of the main drain line. Discovered about 10 feet into the pipe that There was a big hole in the pipe where the sewage was exiting. Off
