Dispatched to the home to diagnose a leaking toilet. Customer stated there was water running out from around the base of the toilet. Estimate was made for pull and reset toilet, customer agreed and signed off on work proposed. The customer stated that water was leaking through the floor and into the crawl space. After a short investigation, it was found the water leaking from the base of toilet had run across the floor and leaked alongside of the heat vent in the floor and into the crawl space. CPI is not responsible for replacement of insulation removed during inspection. Proposed work was performed. After finalizing work, a leak at the fill valve on the toilet bowl had now started leaking. Manufacturing date on toilet was April of 1998. The seal at the fill valve had failed and is now leaking. New estimates were proposed, replace fill valve or replace toilet in whole. Customer was told if they choose a new toilet that the price of the previous work would be waved. Customer signed off
