pulled Toto toilet in powder bathroom Toto rough in flange kit was concrete pinned to floor Unable to extract pins had to break off flanges off pins Able to reuse concrete sleeves in tile to prevent drilling new holes After removing flange kit found that wax was not compressed this can allow air to emit if not sealed Removed 2 wax seals (stacked) Installed 3 new wax seals (stacked) compresssed and sealed flange kit Reset toilet and tightened Installed new water supply tube Caulked toilet at base Recommend 24 hr cure time for caulking
