Arrvied onsite to perform the annual maintenance and safety inspection on the plumbing system, upon arrival I informed Ken of what the inspection included and began working. Flush and drained hot water tank. Inspected crawlspace for any issues and was unable to find any. Went through the plumbing inside the home and everything was in working order.
