Arrvied onsite per customer complaint of a hosebib leaking. Upon arrival Toni-Ann showed me around the home and where the different fixtures were located. Provided customer pricing to fix 2 outdoor hose-bibs. No leaks present at this time. Customer declined at this time and elected to pay the dispatch fee. I let Toni-Ann know that if she choose to move forward with the work within 30 days we would credit the dispatch fee back towards the cost of the job.
