Performed safety and maintenance inspection. Checked all fixtures in the home. Checked crawlspace, found signs of ground water but no evidence of plumbing leaks/damage. Rinsed tankless for 1 hour with vinegar. Customer had a shower valve and trim kit they wanted installed. Explained that we would need to get into the drywall in order to change the valve. Customer just had the interior painted and didn’t want us cutting the drywall. Explained that I could access from the front but our remodel cover plate is a different finish (polished chrome) while the new trim kit is black. Customer then asked if we could replace the shower arm and escutcheon. Offered pricing to install a new arm and shower head. Customer accepted. Removed existing shower head and arm, installed a new delta shower head with a new arm and escutcheon. Tested for leaks, no leaks detected. Shower head working as intended. Also, offered pricing to replace the pressure tank in the crawlspace with a new tank tee and shut o
