Inspected the area that had the water dripping down from the day before. There is no leaks from water pipes or waste pipes. The vents that passed through the foundation are almost at ground level and when it rains heavily the water rolls in through that there’s pictures uploaded into this job that show where the water comes in, With the capillary reaction that water has it is easy for it to saturate and spread through an area easily. I would not put the insulation back up until this issue has been resolved because the next time it rains it will just continue to do the same thing. There is also another issue the front panel of the humidifier for the heating system has screws that are stripped out so when it vents it purges steam into the crawlspace this is not a good thing and needs to be fixed by an HVAC technician.
