Arrived at customers house Customer stated that he his sink faucet is leaking It is a customer supplied lavatory faucet Customer installed the faucet already himself but can’t get the hot side to stop leaking and can’t tighten handles down Gave customer pricing to tighten faucet handle and hot supply line Installation of the sink is not warranty by CPI as we did not supply/install faucet Customer agreed to pricing Started to perform work proposed Applied pipe dope to hot side and tightened it up Turned on water for hot Side Checked for leaks No leaks present at this time Tightened handles for faucet Checked for leaks No leaks present at this time Cleaned up work area Checked for leaks No leaks present at this time Thank you for choosing CPI Plumbing and Heating
