Removed old gate valve and replaced with quarter turn ball valve. The old gate valve appears to have failed due to freeze damage.Payment was not processed fully due to poor service on site. After installing the new ball valve we tested for leaks and none were present, pressure tank showed 40-60 psi under test. When checking inside fixtures we noticed low pressure at each fixture and the customers son suspects it may be due to bacteria growth from the well water due to the filtration system being in bypass for several months after being serviced by a well company. Removed aerators in the kitchen and bathroom and found sediment, but after removing sediment the fixtures were still receiving low pressure.
