Customer has a Triangle Tube Instinct 155 Boiler and it is having intermittent failure to ignite issues. We have checked all readings and everything checks out except we are not able to get the combustion readings into the required ranges per factory tech support. In the past when we have seen this issue we have replaced the gas valve to get the adjustments into range. After talking with tech support they suggested replacing the gas valve and also the venturi assembly. Confirmed with factory that boiler has partial extended warranty and parts will be provided to us at no cost. Labor is only covered to a small fee so labor prices will apply for the work.
