Arrived on site to customer not having a working furnace and flooding that it recently happened and caused damage to ducting in crawlspace. Customer had a membership that had not been used yet use inspected crawlspace ducting under membership and return ducting and attic. Ducting was completely saturated and needs to be replaced. Given size of furnace and ducting and crawl space opening. Ducting will need to be custom sizing. Gave customer pricing for ducting replacement. Informed customer that this will happen again due to the fact of ducting heigh and crawl space requirements ducting will not be able to be lifted more then 8” above the crawl space leaving system subject to flood damage in the future.
