Roof unit removal, new curb placement, new TPO roofing install, and replace roof units…

CPI provider exceptional service involving multiple task and multiple teams. The project was concluded with a successful roof unit removal, new curb placement and then replacement of roof units after new TPO roofing had been installed over existing asphalt roofing material with corrected slopes for roof drainage around HVAC roof unit. If you look at the ratings on cost, I didn’t choose excellent I chose average. The cost was higher, but they also gave my client the knowledge that they had the project controlled which was so much more important. This project was at a care center for elderly adults, this had to be well managed for the individuals at the facility and for there families. Great job….Thank you to the CPI team, Steve, Branden and the field tech Oly.

CPI did it right

One day after calling the CPI office, the team of two showed up promptly at the beginning of the appointment window, assessed the situation, and went to work. They were efficient, thorough, courteous, and considerate of our time and property. While the cost was significant, it was reasonable considering the time required to complete the repair.

Arrived on site customer stated that guest bathroom smelt like sewer gas and wanted to know if we could remove toilet and put rags in the flange to stop gasses. Did not charge for service because we will be back to install new toilet once flooring is finished. At this time we used customers existing credit from previous job to get another toilet ordered for the master bathroom. Customer will call us once flooring and vanity is done in guest bathroom to have us install toilets for the guest bathroom and the master bathroom. Customer is aware that she will have to pay the remaining balance on the master bathroom toilet. Note customer paid in full for guest bathroom toilet on previous job. Thank you for choosing CPI Plumbing and Heating Inc.

Performed KCM and draining and flushing of the tankless water heater. Flushed the tankless with distilled white vinegar for 45 minutes. Cleaned inlet filter. Bled lines of air and vinegar residual after flushing. Water pressure at house is at 80 psi. Water temp is 120. Recommended new washing machine hoses and to replace four old full turn style shutoff valves. Crawlspace appears in good condition, recommended getting some traps to prevent rodents from entering the crawlspace. No leaks or abnormal fittings observed in the crawlspace drain or water piping. Bathrooms appear in good condition, found one small leak at the bathroom sink but was able to hand tighten the nut and stop the leak. Could not enter second half of the crawlspace due to the crawlspace door was unable to be opened because siding had been installed around it. The customer did not renew there membership but would like to think about it. There membership expires in one month. Thank you for choosing CPI plumbing and Heati

Arrived at customer’s house to a leaking 40 gallon natural gas water heater. The nipples on the inlet and outlet connected to the mixing valve had some corrosion but no water was visibly leaking from the top of the tank. Removed the burner compartment door and did not see any signs of moisture inside. A significant amount of water was on the carpet in front of the tank. Vacuumed up Al the water and ran hot fixtures throughout the house and saw some signs of water moving from the bottom of the tank towards the carpet. Shut off water to the tank. Shut off gas and turned off the water heater. Drained the tank. Cleaned up work space. Checked for leaks again with none found. Please call customer in the morning to inform them of what time we will be back out here to change out their water heater.

Arrived onsite to customers home, they have water pouring out of the drain line from either the relief line or back flow preventer discharge. Isolated off back flow preventer, water stopped. Diagnosis is a failed backflow preventer. Decided that a mini feeder would be the best route to replace this backflow preventer since the current one is not approved for hydronic systems. Customer approved work. We will have to return with mini feeder. Drained and flushed water heater in garage, set back to correct temperature, confirmed recirc pump is not air locked. Thank you for choosing CPI Plumbing and Heating Inc. 2-9-2023 (skip) Customer showed me the location of her hot water tank and indicated that she also had a circulation pump attached to the system. I Shut off the power to the pump and then turned off the gas supply to the tank. Then shut off the incoming supply water to the tank and ran a hose from the tank drain out to the sewer drain in the driveway. Open the drain valve on the

- Arrived on site. - Spoke to Payton from maintenance about the issue they’ve been having with a faucet in one of their bathrooms. - When you turn the faucet on it leaks from the base of the handle. - I provided Payton with 2 options the first one being a parts identification which would include taking apart the existing faucet, identifying parts, and locating parts. That task would not include fees for new parts or making a second trip out to install said parts. - The second option I provided was a full replacement of the existing faucet. Thank you for choosing CPI Plumbing and Heating!

PLEASE MAIL PHYSICAL COPY Arrived on site per customer request to perform annual inspection on the heating system. The customer has an American Standard Silver Series heat pump and an American Standard 95% nat gas furnace. When I arrived the furnace was ignited and heating the house on auxiliary mode from the thermostat. Gave the heat pump a call for heat from the thermostat. The heat pump kicked right on. Compressor was pulling 10.17 A. The outdoor fan motor was pulling .57A. Took a temperature reading from a supply register and got a reading of approximately 96 degrees, with the return air temperature of 70 degrees. After a few minutes the heat pump shut off and the system switched to auxiliary heating mode for the furnace. It was determined that due to the outside temperature this is a normal operating function of the heat pump. At the furnace, the inlet gas pressure was 8.36 W. C. inducer motor was pulling .42 A. Flame sensor was reading 2.4 micro amps. Blower motor was pulling

Customer called about a clogged kitchen sink. Using the upstairs sink caused the bar sink in the basement to overflow. Provided for an attempt to clear drain, customer accepted. Used the 100 machine and felt a blockage around 30’. Worked the area until water level dropped. Tested, sink backed up again. Found what appeared to be grease on the auger head. Wrapped auger head in tape, pushed it out to about 40’ until I felt a blockage. Worked this out to about 60’ until water level dropped. Ran both sinks for about 15 minutes, no signs of any clogging. Cleaned work area. No warranty or guarantee on drain cleaning. Thank you for choosing CPI!
