One day after calling the CPI office, the team of two showed up promptly at the beginning of the appointment window, assessed the situation, and went to work. They were efficient, thorough, courteous, and considerate of our time and property. While the cost was significant, it was reasonable considering the time required to complete the repair.

Checked customer complaint about a leak in the yard from the sewer. The customer had a sewer leak in the yard and he wanted to replace his sewer line. The customer’s home was about 120 years old and so was the drain line. Presented customer pricing to pull the toilet and camera the drain line to locate the area. After pricing was approved I laid down a rug to protect the customer’s floor from damage. I pulled the toilet and performed the camera inspection. About 10 feet in the line I discovered standing water after about 5 more feet I was unable to see anything in the pipe. Presented customer pricing to attempt to clear the main line with an auger. The customer decided that he did not want to attempt to clear the line at this time. He just wanted to have the pipe located and marked so he could have it replaced. I marked the drain line and the depth for the customer. Performed toilet reset. The toilet was reset with a new wax ring closet bolts and china caps. I caulked the toilet wi
Hose bib froze and cracked Turned the water off to house Cut into drywall opening a 8â€X8†square Replaced the hose bib Turned water back on and tested for leaks Place access panel over hole Open up the wall under the kitchen sink found a cracked copper waste line that looks like it is just been slowly eating away overtime. The pipe is not accessible without cutting into the cabinetry and the amount of water that has emptied into the wall cavity space I highly recommend reaching out to Prydry. Someone that is a water damage expert needs to come in and figure out a game plan I fully disconnected the dishwasher and the kitchen sink to make it easier for them to get in the cabinetry and do work we need to replace the copper waste pipe in the wall so I believe the cabinets will have to be removed from the wall and the drywall opened to gain access.

Arrived onsite to customers complaint of not enough hot water. This is a new issue that just started roughly 2-3 weeks back, it will run hot for a couple minutes than it will turn Luke warm. When we arrived we noticed that the hot water heater is running. Temperature is 120 for a couple minutes and than turns cold. Presented pricing for diagnostics, customer approved work. Inspected the dip tube. Dip tube appeared to be in good condition however we were unable to view the entire dip tube as it would not pull out. Removed mixing valve from the system, system provided hot water constantly. However we did notice that with the thermostat set to 120 the water temperature was up at 140 degrees. Burners would fire with water temperature at 136 and thermostat set to 120. This tells us that the gas valve is not reading temperature correctly. Recommend both the mixing valve and gas valve be replaced. Customer declined the replacement of the gas valve, accepted pricing to rebuild the mixing valve
