CPI provider exceptional service involving multiple task and multiple teams. The project was concluded with a successful roof unit removal, new curb placement and then replacement of roof units after new TPO roofing had been installed over existing asphalt roofing material with corrected slopes for roof drainage around HVAC roof unit. If you look at the ratings on cost, I didn’t choose excellent I chose average. The cost was higher, but they also gave my client the knowledge that they had the project controlled which was so much more important. This project was at a care center for elderly adults, this had to be well managed for the individuals at the facility and for there families.
