Replace existing furnace. Includes transition of ducting as needed. Add Heat Pump to an existing ducted system. This work includes American Standard Condenser, pad, line set, electrical budget, and permit. Heat pumps operate in heating during the winter months and provide cooling in the summer months. Arrvied onsite per customer request of having us install a new furnace with a new heat pump. Upon arrival I talked with Maureen we discussed some possible options for either going with an AC or Heat Pump. Maureen elected to go the route of installing a heat pump. Provided pricing to replace the 20+ year old furnace and install a heat pump. Maureen accepted pricing. Let Maureen know that we would be ordering the material in. As soon as the material is in we would be calling her to get her on the schedule. Maureen paid half down at the time of service.
