Customer stated water was backing up into bathtub when washing machine was draining. Customer stated shutoff for toilet was not working properly and needed a new hose bib installed. Ran water in bathtub and found that flange was leaking in crawlspace. This indicated mainline was clogged and that is why washing machine was backing up into bathtub.
