Arrived on site per customer request of getting the kitchen sink looked at as well as some other issues. Upon arrival I offered Shawn a couple different options. Customer elected to go with a new kitchen faucet as well as two new angle stops. Began by shutting the water off to the home. Removed the old kitchen faucet and the old angle stops. Installed new angle stops and kitchen faucet per manufacturer instructions. Turned water back on to the home. Checked for leaks and found none. Insured everything was functioning properly upon leaving. Showed customer operation of the kitchen faucet and insured it met her expectations. Thank you for choosing CPI Plumbing and Heating Inc.
Performed annual inspection. No crawlspace. All fixtures were temping appropriately. Flushed tankless water heater with a vinegar solution. Turned off water inlets and outlets to unit. Turned off tankless water heater. Turned off gas. Performed flush and turned water back on to unit. Made sure water was hot before leaving property. Customer informed me toilet in upstairs bathroom was leaking. Pricing was given to pull and reset toilet along with replacing emergency shut off valves for fixtures.
Performed maintenance and safety inspection as per agreement. Flushed and drained water heater. Tested all fixtures for leaks and operation. Customers kitchen faucet upstairs leaks at faucet/spray hose connection under cabinet. Gave options for replacement. Downstairs kitchenette faucet leaks when turned. Gave customer options for replacement. Tested all outside fixtures. Customer is on septic and could not find a cleanout. Customer is debating on selling home, will call if they want any work performed.
Remove existing pressure tank. Rework piping to allow for new 400gallon storage tank and constant pressure pump. Fill tank and set pressure on new pump to 65 psi. No leaks present at this time.
