I crawled underneath the house and got right next to where the water was tripping out and found that it was coming from above and not a waterline spraying in the crawlspace. When I turned the shower valve off the water stopped dripping in the crawlspace looking in behind the panel which exposes the shower valve there’s nothing wrong with the valve itself. Then turning it back on and checking it over again it’s actually leaking out somewhere on the waste/overflow piping. Made recommendation from replacement of the waste and overflow to full shower replacement. The low pressure on the cold side of the fixtures was from dirt and rocks that got into the system from a water pipe that broke outside earlier.
