Provided pricing for a replacement as well as diagnostic options with new element and thermostat replacements if necessary. Customer accepted pricing to replace the water heater. Verified correct voltage was being delivered. Removed tank and installed a new pan and earthquake straps. Soldered on new male adapters and installed new supplies. Installed a new 50 gallon electric. Tank is installed in the attic with no pan or T&P drain. Capped pan, ran T&P into pan. Filled tank, purged air, powered on. Verified power to each thermostat and amp draw from the elements. Tank is heating as intended. Also, he faucet and shower in the bathroom had low pressure. Cleaned the aerator on the faucet which had a large amount of sediment, now working as intended. Offered pricing to replace the shower cartridge, customer accepted. Shut off water, drained. Removed previous
