Arrived at the customer’s home. I met with Julie who was able to show me the exterior unit, and explain the problem they’ve been having with it not working correctly. I provided Julie with an estimate for replacement along with an estimate for performing a diagnostic. Julie told me to email all of the estimates to her and her daughter so they can think them over.
