Arrived on site. I greeted Ms. Walkush and asked where the issue was. She informed me that her only toilet was not flushing. She explained that the issue had started a couple of days ago with her toilet and that all other drains were draining properly. I preformed toilet auguring with the closet augur. After auguring for over ten minutes the toilet would still not flush. So I removed the toilet from the flange to inspect the trap inside of the toilet. There was not an obstruction inside of the trap Nor an obstruction in the flange. I then preformed an inspection of her drainage pipes with a camera up to her septic tank to ensure there were no obstructions or damages along the line. The line was in great condition with out any damage or obstructions. After the camera inspection we concluded that her toilet was no longer usable. We then replaced her existing toilet with a new Kohler Cimmaron Elongated Toilet. The new toilet was set into place and caulked to floor. We removed the old toi
