Removed Electric tankless water heater in garage. Provided and installed new Bradford White 50 gallon LP atmospheric water heater to code. Gas and vent connections were already existing from previous tank style water heater. Provided and installed new water softener and pre filter. Set hardness level to 31 grains. Removed leaking shower drain in master bathroom and replaced with new. Tested all fixtures for leaks. Hard water particles have caused low flow out of master bathroom lav sink. Customer will replace. Customer will need to have electrician remove 40 amp lines for old water heater and install outlet in crawlspace for water softener. Customer averages 28-30 psi working pressure. Gave option for booster pump installation.
