Arrived onsite customer just moved into the home and discovered that the home get very cold in a couple rooms due to there being no sources of heat in those areas except for a fireplace. Provided pricing to install a three head mini split system one head would go in the living area another head would go in the addition living space, the last head would go in the master bedroom. Customer is unsure if they would want a third head in the master bedroom so I also included a price for a two head Mitsubishi mini split system. Both estimates are the hyper heat model of Mitsubishi mini split. These models do a very good job of heating and they also have the benefit of ac. Line-set and electrical would be run in the attic. Outside unit would be on the same side as the electrical panel. Pricing does not include a breaker panel upsize if needed.
