Arrived onsite customer informed me that she has no heat system is a radiant floor system that is heated by a geothermal heat pump. Informed her that the issue could either be an issue with the heat pump or the pumps in the radiant system. Presented pricing to run a diagnostic to figure out if it is an issue with the radiant or the heat pump. Tested the two pumps on the radiant side of the system, both of these pumps were getting voltage and running. Next I tested incoming power to the geo pumps. Neither geopump was getting voltage therefore not running. Opened up the heat pump cover, observed a fault code of a slow flash which means fault retry. Had 240 volts into the contactor no voltage on the other side of the contactor. Tested power at the transformer and 240VAC in with 24VAC out. No 24v were present going into the contactor. Checked the safety circuit and determined that the low pressure switch was reading OL meaning it was opened. Recommend contacting geo loop tech to complete f
