Arrived on site to preform annual maintenance inspection. Inspected all fixtures in home at this time all fixtures are working properly with no signs of leaks or damage. Customer informed me that he will be replacing Cascadian filters and that he knows he is past due. During maintenance inspection I preformed a water test analysis. Hardness level at this time is at 13 grains of hardness, PH level is reading 8.0 With an iron level of 0.0 . Informed customer of findings. Drained and flushed water heater. Flushed water heater five times to ensure as much sediment was removed as possible. After filling and bleeding air from hot water heater and recirculating pump I turned breaker switch for water heater back on. When going to verify voltage to upper thermostat no voltage was found. Ensured that correct breaker switch was engaged and no other switches had tripped. Turned switch to water heater back on and tested incoming power to water heater. No voltage was found.
