Arrived on site, customer stated kitchen faucet was leaking and was dripping in to cabinet. Ran water for five minutes and found that leak was coming from the base of the faucet. Gave customer multiple pricing options at this time. Customer agreed upon installing new Kohler kitchen faucet. Removed existing faucet and installed new Kohler faucet.
