Began by taking temperatures at fixtures throughout home which all read 118 F. Measured water pressure of home which was 80 psi. PRV is located in the basement. Incoming water temperature was 55 F. Started flushing of water heater by isolating unit and began draining of tank. While tank was draining performed furnace safety inspection. Delta t was 23 F. Took amp draw on blower motor which was 1.8 amps. Took amp draw on each element. Top 2 elements were 20 amps. Bottom element was 13.13 amps. Inspected plumbing system throughout home. Only things to note are guest bathroom located upstairs seems to be leaking from the locking nut for the pop up assembly. Hose bibb located to the left of the crawlspace entrance is spraying water from the stem and master bathroom left sink is draining slowly. Spoke with customer she stated that that particular sink is used the most often. Cause is most like due to soap scum and hair. Inspected water softener. Brine tank is currently empty and needs to be
