Arrived at customers house Customer stated that she has a water leak coming from a faucet we installed this year Upon looking at it it will be needing to get replaced Kitchen faucet is still under warranty Started to remove faucet Installed new Kohler faucet Notified customer that it is due to hard water and it is needing to get addressed as the water hardness is 14 Customer acknowledged and agreed and would like an estimate for a water softener Turned on new faucet Checked for leaks no leaks Cleaned up work area Checked for leaks No leaks present Thank you for choosing CPI Plumbing and Heating
