Customer called for two toilets that were clogged. Concluded clog was not mainline stoppage because drains in showers were not backing up after running water in other fixtures. Gave customer options for toilet replacement and closet auguring. Customer chose to try auguring first. Proceeded to auger both toilets which cleared the stoppage. Tested both toilets by flushing multiple times and flushing toilet paper to confirm blockage was cleared.
