8006542109 Arrived onsite to customer having shut down boiler for two weeks. Customer has 4 year old Radiator system with well McClain Customer approved diagnostic pricing Al turned boiler system on and system began to operate checked the DHW pump and aquastat, both appeared to operate as designed Customer piping is a primary / secondary boiler system secondary pump is in good condition and is operating normally and pulling good current. After approximately 2 hours of run time boiler sounded like inducer motor began to have large amounts of water present in exhaust piping. Checked condensation trap and found it was plugged. Removed plug and trap began to flow freely. Inspected condensation trap line and found that it ties in to a water heater pan drain that also indirectly serves both boiler pressure and water heater PRV. All of these tie into a 1 1/2” ABS waste line that CPI was unable to locate in crawl space. It is a potential that the Abs line ties into sewer as customer
