- Arrived on site. - Spoke to the tenant about the issue they’ve been having with all of the fixtures in the home backing up. - Verified all fixtures were in fact backing up. - Provided Jordan with an estimate over the phone to check the septic tank. - Liquid tank level looked alright. Couldn’t originally find the solids tank. - Provided Jordan with an estimate to attempt to drain clean. - Began by running my camera down the drain line at approximately 25 feet out the camera stopped. - I located the camera head and found where the solids tank was slightly buried. - Checked solids tank level. It looked full. - I zeroed out the task for attempting to drain clean and replaced it with the task for pulling and re-setting the toilet because I was unable to drain clean any further. - Informed Jordan of where the solids tank is located and let him know that it was full.
