Customer had all drains backing up into home. Was able to locate outlet baffle and main lid to septic. Outlet baffle screen is semi clogged but level is normal. Needed to dig back to inlet baffle access. Once uncovered found root intrusion and packed inlet baffle. Was able to hand clear and system drained. Customer reported that their drain field has failed and are planning for a new install. Suggest having septic pumped for time being and then complete replacement of system. Drain cleaning is not under warranty. Suggest bio maintenance and non cleaning products until work can be done.
