Arrived onsite customer informed me that the bathroom zone was not warming up. On previous trip we had diagnosed a bad actuator. This was not a call back on the actuator I installed. Discovered that we were not getting much return heat in that zone. The circuit setter valve was 75-80% closed on the zone for the bathroom. Made adjustments to that circuit setter valve and opened it entirely. Return water temperatures were at 123 degrees and supply temperatures were at 133 degrees. Bathroom floor began heating up. Customer informed me of a broken zone valve, provided pricing to replace it customer signed off so I went ahead with the work. Tested the zones, closed out with customer.
