Arrived on site to perform the annual maintenance and safety inspection on the mini split system. Began by having Brandy show me around the home and where the equipment was located. Began by giving the unit a call for cooling, after letting the system stabilize it was producing 61 degree air. Inside temp was 74. Checked temps on the line-set. Outdoor fan was pulling right around 2.8A while the unit was running in a cooling cycle. Clean filters on indoor unit, found them to be pretty caked with dust and debris. Reinstalled filters. Wiped down indoor and outdoor unit removing any visible debris. Provided customer pricing to replace the system due to the current age and condition of unit.
