Checked customer request for a rough in estimate. The customer is building a new building and wanted to have the toilet and other drains for a sink and floor drains roughed in. The customer also wanted stub outs and shut off valves for a water heater and the main water shut off valve. I took the measurements and took note of what the customer wanted.
