Customer stated water heater was not producing hot water. Water heater is 8 years old. Provided estimate to replace water heater also provided estimate to perform diagnostic on water heater. Customer decided to get water heater replaced. Turned gas and water off to water heater drained out water. Removed old water heater. Installed new 50 gallon propane water heater. Tested water pressure getting 90 psi. Informed customer that the water pressure needs to be below 80 psi. Turned water off to building and installed pressure reducing valve in crawlspace. Set water pressure to 75 psi. Connected water and gas lines to water heater. Filled water heater. Found that propane tank is empty and informed customer. Customer is going to get propane tank filled.
