Checked customer complaint about a leaking hose bib. The customer had a hose bib that was leaking and needed to be replaced. Presented customer pricing to replace the hose bib. After pricing was approved I laid down a rug to protect the customer’s floor from damage. I cut open the wall and exposed the pipes. Performed hose bib replacement. After the new hose bib was installed I turned on the water and tested for leaks with the customer. The hose bib performed as designed and there were no leaks. The customer was happy with the new hose bib. CPI is not responsible for dry wall patch and repair. Customer is responsible for drywall patch and repair.
