Did the walk through with home owner to get the layout of the home. Looking at the hot water heater it is showing signs of leaking so I did not perform the flush in fear that it would only make it worse. I explained to the home owner that the tank could let go at anytime and that it should be replaced as soon as possible. Tank was installed 2011. I performed all the other requirements of the KCM. Asked customer if she would like to renew the KCM and this time it was declined.
