Checked customer complaint about a clogged toilet. I installed a new toilet for the customer about five months ago and he explained it would clog almost every time he would use it. Presented customer pricing to either replace his existing toilet with a pressure assisted toilet or to auger the existing toilet and see if there are further obstructions. After pricing was approved for the new pressure assisted toilet I laid down a rug to protect the customer’s floor. Performed the removal of the existing toilet. Once the existing toilet was removed I cleaned the area of installation. Performed installation of pressure assisted toilet. Once the pressure assisted toilet was installed I performed a leak test with the customer. The toilet performed as designed and there were no leaks when last checked.
